If you're here, you might be feeling like parts of your life are slipping out of control. Maybe you’re facing memory issues that cause frustration or even fear. Or you could be dealing with ADHD or executive functioning challenges that make daily tasks feel overwhelming. You might wonder if there’s something more you could do, or if there’s a way to manage these struggles without feeling so alone in it.
I work with adults (18+), often high-achieving and motivated, who feel they’ve hit a wall in managing memory or focus issues. I also support those who worry about cognitive decline as they age and want practical steps to improve their brain health. My approach is straightforward and focused on helping you understand that, even in difficult circumstances, you have more control than it may seem. Together, we’ll work on tools and strategies that bring clarity and make life feel more manageable.
Growing up, I believed that helping others meant saving them. My grandfather, a former South Korean Marine, inspired me with his resilience and drive to make life better for himself and others. As I trained to become a clinical psychologist, I learned something important: true help isn’t about being saved. It’s about teaching people how to save themselves.
I became a psychologist because I wanted to give people the tools to see their own strength. Life’s challenges, big or small, don’t have to define us. I’m here to guide you in finding hope and solutions, even when it feels impossible.
Therapy doesn’t have to be a guessing game. My approach is structured, clear, and grounded in science. I use evidence-based methods to create a step-by-step plan that fits your goals. Together, we’ll set clear objectives and work through them one by one. Each session builds on the last, giving you skills you can take into your everyday life.
Every session has a clear purpose. Together, we’ll work through structured steps to help you make progress quickly and see real change.
I use only evidence-backed tools that work. You’ll learn skills to manage memory issues, focus better, and feel more grounded in your daily routine.
My goal is to help you build confidence in handling life on your own. I want you to leave therapy with skills you trust, so you feel capable in any situation.
Choosing the right psychologist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with memory concerns or challenges like ADHD. You want someone who truly understands the struggles you’re facing and knows how to support you in a way that makes sense for your life. I'm here to help you feel seen, heard, and equipped with the tools that matter.
Our approach is about real steps toward change. Each session has a purpose, focused on helping you feel more in control, whether that’s with managing memory, building focus, or organizing daily life. I'm here to work with you, to break down the process into clear, manageable actions that make a real difference.
I know that issues like memory loss and attention challenges can be deeply personal. You’re not looking for one-size-fits-all advice, and that’s not what we offer. I listen carefully to your unique needs, so our work together is as individualized as you are.
I have a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology along with Master's Degree from Loma Linda University. This background helps me bring a deep understanding and practical tools into our sessions.
Over the years, I’ve focused my work on memory issues, ADHD, executive functioning, as well as sleep difficulties, especially for adults going through big life changes. My approach is tailored to help with the unique challenges that come with these areas.
I stay current with the latest research to make sure the tools we use are proven to help. This keeps our work relevant and effective, focused on real change that matters to you.
As a licensed psychologist and member of respected professional groups, I’m committed to providing care that’s grounded, trustworthy, and compassionate. I want you to feel confident and supported as we work together.
